Fraud Boxer is a podcast for fraud prevention, payments, and cybersecurity professionals, made by people who actually work in the industry, not media hosts who show up to ask questions.

Jordan Harris hosts, alongside co-hosts Cambria Valente ("Fraud Focus") and Jacqueline Chilton ("Payments Corner"). Between us, we spend our days running fraud programs, managing chargebacks, and solving payments problems for real merchants. This podcast isn't a side hustle we researched over a weekend. Every episode comes out of work we're doing right now: the escalations we're handling, the vendor claims we're testing, the regulatory changes we're implementing before they hit your inbox.

That's also what shapes how we talk to guests. We're not reading from a script of questions we don't understand. We push back, ask the follow-up only someone who's sat in the same seat would think to ask, and call out vendor talk when we hear it. When we cover a topic like agentic commerce liability, 3DS, or the latest card network rule change, it's filtered through what we're seeing on the ground, not just what a guest's marketing team wants said.
