Things like refund, return, and promo code abuse are plaguing merchants costing more than fraud losses. We also discuss some approaches to preventing abuse at multiple points in the customer journey and how to mitigate false positives and upset customers! 
Remember that there are two types of merchants right now: "those who are experiencing abuse and addressing it and those who don't know they are experiencing abuse."
